    Overview

    In this Account Technology Strategist role, you will be the dedicated technology partner for one of our key clients. You will lead a team supporting this client and bridge the gap between technology/IT and business.

    Qualifications

    Required Qualifications

    • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business, or related field and extensive experience in technical consulting or sales
    • Full proficiency in English

    Preferred Qualifications

    • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business, or related field and experience in digital transformation
    • Experience in business consulting, consultative sales, or team leadership

    Responsibilities

    Customer and Industry Insights

    • Synthesize business insights to develop recommendations for managing accounts
    • Understand industry trends and apply knowledge to support customers

    Trusted Advisor

    • Provide technology guidance and security leadership to customers
    • Share expertise on Microsoft products and solutions with the team and customers
    • Advocate for customers internally and drive action based on insights

    Technology Strategy Formulation

    • Analyze customer needs and lead technology strategy development
    • Create technology and business roadmaps for strategic accounts

    Technology Sales: Demand Generation and Orchestration

    • Create opportunities based on best practices and drive demand
    • Lead account strategy envisioning and customer journey into AI and Industrial Metaverse

    Differentiated Value Proposition

    • Act as the customer's Technology Mentor and drive business transformations
    • Articulate how Microsoft technology meets future business needs better than competitors

    Mapping and Account Planning

    • Help technical specialists sell Microsoft offerings internally
    • Establish best practices around account planning and forecasting

    Education and Thought Leadership

    • Engage technical resources towards customer's business transformation
    • Deliver industry and technology briefings to customer decision-makers
    • Drive customer skilling initiatives and thought leadership
