    AIG is hiring a Partnership Development Manager to join the Nordic Consumer operation. The position is available in any of the Nordic offices (Copenhagen, Stockholm, Helsinki, Oslo) and reports to the Nordic Head of Accident & Health.

    Team Overview:

    The Nordic Consumer team consists of around 35 dedicated professionals, including underwriters and sales staff, focusing on various insurance products. They work closely with external partners and the broader AIG organization.

    Position Overview:

    As the Partnership Development Manager, you will focus on developing partnerships and managing existing ones. Your responsibilities will include:

    • Developing partnership strategy and action plan
    • Identifying and acquiring partners
    • Managing the execution of deliverables and closing deals
    • Meeting financial sales targets

    Product Development:

    • Driving product innovation based on market needs

    Partnerships' Renewals and Expansion:

    • Strategic development of partnerships
    • Account management

    Collaboration with Multiple Stakeholders:

    • Working closely with different teams to serve partners optimally
    • Partnering with regional & global teams to identify opportunities
    • Collaborating with operations and compliance

    What We're Looking For:

    • Experience in a similar role within insurance
    • Expertise in insurance distribution
    • Track record of engaging and winning partnerships
    • Digital savviness and understanding of digital ecosystems
    • Analytical and project management skills
    • Knowledge of consumer insurance underwriting
    • Proficiency in at least one Nordic language
