My name is Liubov, I’m 32 y.o.
I have more than 8 years of work experience in an International coffee company. As a purchasing manager, I worked closely with colleagues from all departments of the company: sales, marketing, production,finance. I daily interacted with suppliers of packaging materials for production, business partners and experts.I also took part in the opening of a coffee shop. I was responsible for project planning, design creation, coffee and product selection, packaging design, and social media and website management. During this project, I started to study digital illustration. So now I have experience designing menu cards, gifts, gift cards,calendars and print ads. Perhaps I can be of service to your company in this area as well.I was able to help the company achieve savings in packaging materials procurement and product logistics costs by optimizing and improving the current performance of packaging materials for an international coffee producer (FMCG):
- Unification of boxes for product (total cartons items were decreased by 35%during 1 year);
- Warehousing and transport optimization (kg/pallet parameter in storage (for TOP25 SKUs) was improved by 2.7% by optimized palletization, cartons dimensions and number of units per box in 2020. I was also involved in claim management and corrective action plans management, what made it possible to achieve:- Time optimization of up to 13% for returns to suppliers due to rapid processing of claims due to automatic forms of documents, and new internal documents' exchange procedure;
- External procedures for reduction of claims and risks of falsifications were established with all suppliers of laminate during 1Q. The number of entry blocks was reduced with the design changes of boxes and due to agreements with suppliers about testing of materials and guarantee terms of packaging materials.Now I’m ready to share all my experience of finding and selecting the best offers, planning and controlling inventory, optimizing packaging materials, smoothly implementing new procedures and achieving quality standards.
I’m going to expand my knowledge of contacts in the market, look for new solutions for use in business, participate in global optimization projects of the company and in initiative groups in various areas of business development.My professional goals for the next 5 years include integrating and studying the features of the local market and the industry in which I will work. I plan to continue to improve my skills by taking professional courses and various training sessions from the company. I also have a goal to learn the local language. After two years of hard work, I plan to become a manager of a separate department, to lead a specific line of business with the possibility of independent decision-making, subordinate to the head of the department.
