    Job Responsibilities

    Responsibilities for this position include, but are not limited to, the following:

  • Play a key role on a big transformation journey where we are streamlining our system landscape, reorganizing our payroll set-up, and changing our HR delivery model.
  • Lead the Northern European payroll team by role modelling our company values and by focusing on employee development and well-being.
  • Overall responsible for all end-to-end payroll and time related deliveries.
  • Collaborate with IT and external vendors on system design, improvements, and integrations.
  • Provide and analyze advanced payroll and time reports.
  • Manage audits and compliance reviews.
  • Continuous streamlining of operations.
  • Manage country payroll & time projects aimed at harmonizing processes and systems within EMEA.

    • Background & Skills

    We imagine that you hold a relevant bachelor's or master's degree in finance, accounting, human resources, or a related field (or have equivalent work experience).

    We expect you to have a minimum of 3-5 years' experience as a Payroll Manager – preferably from an international HR Services organization. You have a thorough understanding of Danish payroll and you have a hands-on approach. It is also important that you have a good understanding of system landscapes as well as demonstrated experience with leading people and streamlining processes.
