- Foster collaboration among teams and promote a culture of cooperation and shared expertise.
- Oversee the execution of projects and programs to guarantee seamless collaboration and on-time delivery.
- Manage account budgets to ensure proper resource allocation, meticulously track costs, and address budgetary concerns or variances with the leadership team.
- Prepare and deliver captivating and impactful client presentations by applying storytelling, data visualisation, and persuasive communication techniques.

Job Description
As a Client Service Director at Merkle, your primary responsibility is to lead innovative solutions and deliver exceptional digital outcomes. You will collaborate with different teams, ensuring the implementation of digital strategies that align with our clients' business objectives.
Your clients will typically be large companies or organisations with a need to transform – whether to adapt to changing technology, change their business models or create more agile ways of working in sales, marketing, and IT.
Sales and Delivery Harmony:
Your role is twofold: driving new business opportunities while also ensuring seamless delivery of our services. You'll excel in client relationship-building, spotting chances to upsell and cross-sell digital services to existing clients while spearheading new business endeavors supported by our Growth team.
