We have grown by leaps and bounds since starting out in Aarhus in 2015 and are now considered a major player in the Nordics with offices in Copenhagen, Stockholm and Oslo, as well as employees working remotely across Europe.

    As we continue to scale our impact, we are looking for a Customer Excellence Junior Agent to help make sure we can ensure and maintain the high quality and level of service that we want to deliver.

    What you will be focusing on

    As a Customer Excellence Junior Agent, you will become a vital part of providing exceptional support for our highly valued users. Your responsibility will be ensuring customer satisfaction by providing our users assistance in a wide variety of situations. We put an honor in helping.

    Requirements

    Fluency in Danish and English is a must for effective communication.

    A burning desire to help others. Prior experience within service is advantageous.

    37 hour workweek

    Your shifts will be between 08:00-16:00 on weekdays.
