With a strong passion for software development, I have gained extensive experience as a consultant and developed a diverse skill set that includes solution architecture, application design, team management, application design, planning, sizing, scoping, development, team management, testing methods, devops and implementation of enterprise applications. Over the past 17 years, I have honed these skills working in the Banking and Telecom industries. I learned and applied best practices and constantly thrive for improvements. 

As a lifelong learner, I am currently seeking architect or senior developer roles that will allow me to expand my skillset and apply new technologies in the constantly evolving software landscape. I approach every project with a technology-agnostic mindset and prioritize customer needs in my work. I am known among my colleagues as a sparring partner when it comes to both business and architecture. I am confident that I can bring these strengths to any team. I have extensive experience in leading Agile teams and driving successful project outcomes. My responsibilities have included mapping functional requirements, creating technical specifications, and developing reusable case types. I have expertise in refactoring, customizations, and integrations, along with a strong focus on test automation and regular reviews for design, code, and testing.

Working concurrently with Pega and Oracle BPM, I have effectively managed priorities among multiple teams, both onshore and offshore, to ensure timely delivery of stable and high-quality applications. I have also played a crucial role in enhancing the customer experience through seamless Pega CLM, Onboarding, and KYC processes.

As a part of the Pega Center of Excellence (COE), I have taken ownership of identifying and promoting best practices for Pega APIs, DX APIs, design micro journeys, authentication services, and PDM. I have actively contributed to successful release trains across multiple teams, conducting monthly demos to share knowledge and foster collaboration.

I have a proven track record of identifying and recommending architectural improvements and solution designs, with a focus on real-time integration and event-driven network solutions. By segregating BPM process/case types and leveraging real-time events and UI interactions, I have designed effective solution architectures for both local bank employees and customers.

My expertise in Pega concepts spans integrations, decision rules, declarative rules, case management, access group definition, reusable flow rules, and application API creation. I am skilled in defining API specifications using openAPI/yaml and implementing custom guard rail warnings, queue processors, and job schedulers. Additionally, I have extensive experience in test suite creation using unit testing, robot framework, apiUi, and Postman. I excel in monitoring and analyzing logs using PDC, Kibana, and Splunk to ensure optimal system performance.

In addition to my Pega proficiency, I have worked extensively on root cause analysis, bug logging, and improvement recommendations for Pega PRPC, API Gateway, load balancers/IP whitelisting, CORS policy definition, and integration with Azure S3 and Microsoft AD.

As a lead for the Oracle Fusion Middleware platform, I have overseen the complete application lifecycle for customer services and sales journeys. This includes design specifications, development, security implementation (LDAP, SSO), API development, test automation, debugging, and troubleshooting. I have also demonstrated expertise in platform sizing, uplifting to major releases, performance tuning, JMS configuration, and CI/CD automation using Ant, Python, Maven, Groovy, Jenkins, and Azure pipelines. Additionally, I have leveraged containerization with Docker for scalable solutions, along with cloud integrations on both Azure and AWS platforms.
