    The Job

    We are seeking a Part-Time Sales and Marketing Assistant to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about agriculture, sustainability, and driving sales through effective strategies. The successful candidate will assist in drafting and executing our sales and marketing plans, helping to expand our market presence and reach our business goals.

    Responsibilities
  • Assist in the development and implementation of marketing campaigns and sales strategies.
  • Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and understand customer preferences.
  • Manage and update our CRM
  • Assist with the creation of promotional materials and content for social media platforms.
  • Coordinate with the sales team to set up and support product demonstrations and trade shows.
  • Track sales data and contribute to the preparation of reports and analytics to enhance sales performance.
  • Provide administrative support to the sales and marketing team.

    Qualifications
  • Currently pursuing or have obtained a degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Agriculture, or a related field.
  • Experience in sales or marketing is preferred but not required.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Passion for sustainability and/or agriculture.
  • Fluency in at least one of the following languages is a great plus: Spanish, Italian or French
