    About the job

    ProductLife Group is seeking a motivated student residing in Denmark to work part-time (approximately 15 hours per week) at the client's offices in Valby. The tasks may vary, and comprehensive training will be provided. Some of the responsibilities include:

    • RA archive management ensuring compliance with regulations and company policies
    • Handling incoming documents, indexing, and archiving electronically and physically
    • Locating archived documents upon request for inspections or audits
    • Document cleaning and managing documentation retention limits
    • Special projects related to product sales and purchases
    • Ordering supplies for archiving tasks
    • Assisting in SOPs and WPDs preparation
    • Supporting ProductLife Quality Management System
    • Participating in training sessions as needed
    • Adhering to company policies and statutory requirements

    Profile

    • Currently pursuing a degree in Pharmacy, Pharmaceutical Design, Biology, Chemistry, etc.
    • Strong organizational and interpersonal skills
    • Team player with a process-oriented approach and keen attention to detail
    • Effective written and verbal communication skills
    • Proficient in computer skills and willingness to learn new software
    • Familiarity with regulatory tracking software, eDMS, MS Word, MS Excel
    • Fluency in written English (verbal proficiency preferred) and mastery of at least one Nordic language is a plus
