    Er du vores nye Customer Success Associate?

    Likvido er en innovativ virksomhed, der arbejder på at skabe fremtidens debitorstyringsplatform. Vi fokuserer på at hjælpe små og mellemstore virksomheder med at forbedre deres debitorstyring ved at integrere vores digitale løsninger med deres regnskabsprogrammer.

    Vi er på udkig efter en ny Customer Success Associate, der vil være med til at hjælpe vores kunder på bedste vis og være en del af vores passionerede og unge team.

    Som Customer Success Associate vil din primære opgave være proaktiv kundesupport via online møder, telefonopkald, chat og mail. Hertil vil du assistere vores salgsteam med onboarding af nye kunder. Du vil derfor være vores kunders første kontaktpunkt, og det er derfor vigtigt, at du har en hjælpsom og positiv tilgang til opgaven. Din stemme vil også have en afgørende indflydelse på vores strategiske retning inden for Customer Success.

    Vi leder efter en person, der har:
  • Baggrund indenfor service eller salg
  • Gode kommunikationsevner på dansk og engelsk, både skriftligt og mundtligt (primært dansk)
  • Et stort gåpåmod og en lyst til at lære nyt
  • En serviceminded og empatisk tilgang til kundesupport
  • Evnen til at arbejde selvstændigt og tage ansvar
  • En teamplayer-mentalitet og en villighed til at smøge ærmerne op

    Dine arbejdsopgaver vil bestå primært af:
  • Håndtering af support via e-mail, chat og opkald fra vores kunder
  • Proaktiv udringning med henblik på analyse og interviews af NPS-ratings fra vores kunder
  • Proaktiv udringning med henblik på at byde nye kunder velkommen, og hjælpe med at komme igang
  • Onboarding af kunder på abonnement
  • Håndtering af opsigelser (og fastholdelse)
  • Generel aktivering af kunder
