I enjoy working for socially-driven companies as the link between their innovative solutions and their customers. I am really good at meeting users, understanding their needs, and translating these to product owners and developers to improve the service. I work best in dynamic international teams with high levels of trust and complementary skills. After a recent break, I am back in Copenhagen eager to embark on new journeys.

Managing a portfolio of US customers within the Emergency Medical Services sector orchestrating a wide spectrum of internal and external stakeholders to drive deployment, onboarding, and adoption as well as the development of new features. Also in charge of customer support.

10/2018 - 01/2020 Project manager - Corti AI, Copenhagen

Project manager for a EUR 1.5M EU/Horizon2020 grant (AI4EMS, Grant agreement ID: 823383). Spearheading the novelty work with Italian pilot sites (regional emergency services) and owning all mid-term and final reporting deliverables. 

03/2018 - 06/2018    Volunteer-based work for the Microcredit program - Institute for Indian Mother and Child, Kolkata

Supporting microcredit managers and the local staff with daily operations, and door-to-door visits to beneficiaries to collect and update information related to microcredit/savings. Collecting testimonials and first-hand data on the progress of several projects and reporting back to the donors. 

06/2016 - 02/2018 Account manager & business development - Donkey Republic, Copenhagen 

Managing a portfolio of key/non-key accounts and helping generate new leads as we grew from a few hundred bikes in Copenhagen to around 10k units across relevant cities in the EU. 
Owning the knowledge center content for both partner and end-users, and curating the bi-weekly newsletter.

I have my master's in International Business Studies from Copenhagen Business School, where I also had the pleasure to do a semester abroad at the Indian Institute of Management, Lucknow (India). A really formative experience that inspired me to focus my master thesis on the impact of Venture Philanthropy on inequality, an exploratory study based on Ahoka’s ( a US-based social investor organization) 30 years of social investment in India. Part of my work contributed to this paper “Venture Philanthropy and the Alleviation of Income Inequality”, Journal of Business Ethics 159, 307–323 (2019).
