    Fenergo, a leading global RegTech firm, is seeking a Director of Sales - Nordics to join their team in the Information Technology and Services industry. Fenergo offers Client Lifecycle Management software solutions to financial institutions across a range of sectors. As the No. 1 player in this space, they are at the forefront of the industry's digital transformation and are looking for a talented and dedicated individual to join their team. With over 700 employees globally, Fenergo's CLM suite digitally transforms how financial institutions manage clients, from initial onboarding to KYC/AML and regulatory compliance, to data management and ongoing lifecycle KYC reviews and refreshes. As the Director of Sales - Nordics, you will be responsible for managing and growing Fenergo's business across the Nordics region.

    Responsibilities

    • Define and execute sales strategies to achieve agreed revenue targets across the Nordics region
    • Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients
    • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the Nordics region
    • Work cross-functionally with other teams to ensure the successful delivery of projects
    • Provide regular reporting and forecasting to senior management
    • Keep up to date with industry trends and identify potential threats and opportunities

    Requirements

    • Minimum of 7 years of experience in sales, preferably in the financial services or technology industries
    • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and leading successful teams
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
    • Experience in managing a sales team
    • Strong negotiation skills
    • Willingness to travel as required
    • Fluency in Danish and English
    • Bachelor's degree in Business or a related field, MBA is a plus
