- +5 years effectively leading, inspiring, hiring and mentoring teams
- +10 years of experience in sales within Tech (Data/API) or Energy related industries
- Proven track record of growing ARR with global tech companies
- Great at prioritising and decision making in a complex, fast-paced environment
- Fast learner, excellent communication skills, and strong tech savviness
- Intrinsic motivation to have a positive impact in the world
What you'll do
- Purpose: Your will drive long term ARR growth and develop a best-in-class team, with possible international expansion
- Team: As part of the GtM team, you will report directly into the Chief Revenue Officer, working together with marketing and public affairs teams
- Operational: Prioritise and execute on hiring, pipeline best practices and must-win accounts
- Stakeholder management: feeding product strategy with key business and competitive insights
- Ownership: Identify and monitor ARR, Churn, and other key metrics that ensure progress on set priorities, taking action when needed

The expected monthly base salary for this role is DKK 61200 -
