I have both work and scholar experience in Microsoft office software extending to Excel, as well as (sales) CRM system softwares like, but not limited to: Hike Up, etc. Additionally having worked as an Account Receivable Clerk, I have extensive experience in providing excellent customer service/assistance not only to the store clients but also suppliers regarding problem solving and successful purchases etc. I am/was very good at any task or duty given to/expected from me. My reference (boss and manager) can assure of that.
I am a fast and innovative learner, hardworking and work really well under pressure.
I am currently staying in the inner city of Copenhagen, visiting my Danish Fiancé and have come to love this city so much that I would like to work and live here. I am in the process of applying for a work permit. However, to complete the application process, I do need a letter of employment or internship, depending on the position.

❖ I also have experience in (sales) CRM system softwares like, but not limited to: Hike Up.
❖ Recently I worked as an Account Receivable Clerk. I have extensive experience in excellent customer service/assistance. When we are out of particular products, I would place special orders from suppliers for customers, which would not only express our
reliability but also the importance of customer satisfaction.
❖ With regards to suppliers, I have done some great problem solving where they have
incorrectly delivered and invoiced our store for a tank amounting to ZAR40000- a situation which I had to solve and successfully did without deteriorating our supplier-client relationship.
❖ My duties include inventory (storeroom) management. I completely changed the structure of the departmental storage and reduced product overstocked and double ordering order by more than 50%. Moreover, suppliers could handle the returns on their own as I sectioned out the returns per supplier- which reduced credit returns notes and total due to us.
❖ I am a fast and innovative learner, hardworking and work really well under pressure. I am very good at any task or duty given to/expected from me. My reference (boss and manager) can assure of that.
