    Monta is the platform at the heart of the EV ecosystem, catering to drivers, companies, cities, and the electricity grid with an all-in-one software solution.

    We focus on making EV charging easy, accessible, and dependable. Our software ensures a seamless charging experience across all charge point brands and equips charge point owners with a comprehensive solution to attract users and effectively manage usage, pricing, availability, and transactions.

    We recently secured significant Series B funding of 80M EUR, propelling our growth even further! Our journey has seen us expand into various markets, attain noteworthy #ISO27001 and B-Corp certifications, and lead a tech revolution in the EV charging landscape. In addition, our growth has surged sixfold since our last funding round, with nearly 1 million monthly charging sessions and 1,000 #EV drivers joining us daily! With the EUR 80M investment, Monta aims to enhance its successful software-only approach by bolstering investments across all markets and enhancing its product for new sectors embracing an electrified future.

    Join our Revenue Operations team:

    As a Revenue Operations Manager (or Specialist, depending on experience), you will have a crucial role in our operations team, focusing on optimizing revenue efficiency within the sales, marketing, and customer success departments. This role demands a strategic thinker with expertise in insight discovery, operational excellence, and innovative leadership. While direct team management is not an immediate requirement, the ideal candidate should have team management experience and be ready to assume leadership responsibilities as the role evolves.

    What you'll be working on:

    • Lead cross-functional initiatives to identify and address inefficiencies in the revenue cycle, collaborating closely with sales, marketing, and customer success teams.
    • Conduct in-depth analysis of sales and marketing data to predict trends, evaluate performance, and uncover optimization opportunities.
    • Supervise the implementation and upkeep of revenue operations tools to ensure smooth departmental integration and alignment.
    • Establish and enhance scalable processes that adhere to best practices in lead generation, sales conversion, customer engagement, and customer expansion.
    • Provide regular reports on revenue performance metrics, offering strategic insights and recommendations to senior management.
    • Collaborate with finance and business intelligence teams to ensure accurate revenue tracking and compliance with fiscal policies.

    What you'll be achieving:

    In this role, your success will be measured not only by tasks completed but also by the tangible outcomes and enhancements they bring to our products and processes, contributing to your professional growth and satisfaction.

    • Enhancing key Sales and Customer Success metrics quarter over quarter.
    • Improving time efficiencies, such as reducing administrative tasks and data collection turnaround.
    • Enhancing planning and forecasting accuracy through improved and proactive data visibility.

    The salary range for this role is 45,000 - 55,000 DKK, depending on experience.

    Requirements:

    • 5-10 years experience in Strategy, Sales or Marketing Operations, Finance, Business Consulting, or related fields.
    • Demonstrated track record in account management, territory planning, and market expansion strategies.
    • Expertise in analyzing performance data to identify risks and opportunities to key metrics such as Total ARR, CAC, NRR, and CSAT.
    • Ability to deliver timely and proactive insights to Sales Executives and teams, adept at resolving challenges and offering recommended actions.
    • Experience in facilitating strategic discussions, driving decision-making processes, and ensuring organizational alignment on key initiatives.
    • Proficiency in CRM and revenue operations technologies, with a strong understanding of leveraging these tools for business growth.
    • Skill in creating impactful content for C-level and Board-level audiences, including narrative structuring and presentation decks.
    • Deep understanding and direct support experience in areas such as Marketing, Sales Development, Partnerships, Customer Success, and Customer Support, with a holistic view of their impact on business growth.
    • Proven experience in project and team management, with strong interpersonal skills.
