    OPERATIONS MANAGER DENMARK - COPENHAGEN GI Group/Kelly

    Opgaver

  • Som salgsprofessionel og netværker ved du, hvordan man identificerer og inspirerer potentielle kunder og kandidater inden white collar samt IT-sektoren og vinder dem over til Kelly.
  • Du udvikler en ekspansions-/vækststrategi sammen med ledelsen, definerer potentialet på det danske marked og får mulighed for at opbygge nye teams og specialistområder.
  • Du opbygger et stærkt salgs- og rekrutteringsteam, påtager dig ledelsesansvar og udfordrer og fremmer dit teams individuelle potentiale og fører hver enkelt til succes.
  • Du rapporterer direkte til ledelsen og er ansvarlig for målopfyldelse og budgetoverholdelse.
  • Som markedsekspert genkender du trends, identificerer up- og cross-selling-potentiale og bruger det målrettet. Profil
  • Du elsker udfordringer og kan begå dig i et stærkt konkurrencepræget marked.
  • Salg og opnåelse af resultater er en holdsport for dig
  • Du er proaktiv, tager fremtiden i dine egne hænder og former den efter dine egne ideer
