  • Manage transport operations team to process and deliver shipments in accordance with procedures and standards at Maersk CFS, warehouse, or customer site. / Quản lý đội ngũ vận chuyển để xử lý và giao hàng theo các quy trình và tiêu chuẩn tại kho Maersk hoặc kho khách hàng.

    2.1. SAFETY AND SECURITY / AN TOÀN VÀ AN NINH:

  • Ensure all transport vendors and drivers are following the Maersk Transport Safety Standards, SOP, and work instruction at the relevant site. / Đảm bảo tất cả các nhà vận chuyển và tài xế đều tuân theo các Tiêu Chuẩn An Toàn Vận Chuyển của Maersk, các Quy Trình Tiêu Chuẩn và hướng dẫn làm việc tại địa điểm liên quan.

  • Follow the site safety and access rules. / Tuân theo các quy tắc an toàn và quy định ra vào kho/ nhà máy.
  • Any exceptions are escalated to the Transport Operation Supervisor. / Mọi ngoại lệ phát sinh phải được báo cáo cho Giám sát Vận Hành Vận Chuyển.

    • 2.2. OPERATION / VẬN HÀNH:

  • Have clear understanding of Objectives, KPI & SLA applicable to your role and to your team / Hiểu rõ mục tiêu, KPI và SLA áp dụng cho vai trò của mình và bộ phận của mình.

    • 2.3. CONTINUOUS IMPROVEMENT / CẢI TIẾN LIÊN TỤC:

  • Provide suggestions or alternatives for improving service quality to meet and exceed customer expectations / Đưa ra đề xuất hoặc phương án cải thiện chất lượng dịch vụ để đáp ứng và vượt quá mong đợi của khách hàng
