Vi åbner for en helt unik mulighed for at bringe din erfaring og dine kompetencer i spil indenfor rejse, sundhed og/eller assistancebranchen i en spændende og alsidig kombinationsstilling på tværs af organisationen i SOS Travelcare.
Stillingen som Medical Coordinator er en kombineret funktion, hvor du varetager opgaver tilknyttet SOS Medical Center Services. Dine primære opgaver er autorisation af patientransporter og øvrig medicinsk assistance på flyrejsen, visitation af indkommende rejseassistancesager, ligesom du vil fungere som støtte og rådgivningsfunktion for vores sagsbehandlere på Alarmcentralen og for vores medicinske personale.
Herudover består opgaverne i:
Du vil ligeledes hjælpe med at føre tilsyn med udstyr i lufthavne, oplære og supportere nye læger og sygeplejersker i interne processer og arbejdsgange, opdatere instrukser og hjælpe med at arrangere interne møder med kontaktlæger og sygeplejersker samt diverse ad hoc-opgaver.
Opgaverne i stillingen indeholder administrativ kompleksitet og udadvendt koordinering og sparring. Din arbejdsdag er derfor alsidig, hvor der er behov både for nørderi og tværfaglig udadvendthed.
Din kontaktflade er bred og går på tværs af organisationen i SOS International. Herudover består kontaktfladen af eksterne agenter, rejsebureauer og privatrejsende med behov for autorisation af medicinsk assistance på flyrejsen.
Du vil i dit samarbejde på tværs af enheder opleve en sparring og læring, som vil inspirere og udfordre dig og sikre, at du udvikler dig kontinuerligt.
