    Role Description:

    We are currently seeking a Danish Speaking Recruiter to join our globally dispersed team. This is a remote position, allowing you to work from anywhere in the world. Your daily duties will include sourcing and attracting candidates, conducting interviews, and coordinating the hiring process. As the first point of contact for potential employees, you'll play a key role in building our team and shaping our company culture. This is an entry-level position, and we provide comprehensive training, so don't worry if you don't have previous experience in recruitment.

    Requirements:

    • Fluency in Danish and English.
    • A valid EU passport.
    • Availability to participate in a 4-month fully paid training in Athens, Greece.
    • Ability to relocate for the duration of the training period (all expenses covered by us).
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Highly organized and detail-oriented.
