    Role Description

    As a Danish speaking representative, you'll be the voice of our world-leading customer service company. Your daily duties will include answering inbound calls, emails, and social media inquiries from our fantastic customers, handling their queries, and providing top-notch solutions in a professional and friendly manner. You'll not only be responsible for solving customer issues, but you'll also contribute to maintaining our high customer satisfaction levels. You should be ready to work remotely and communicate with our global customers, bringing a friendly Danish touch to our international team.

    Requirements

    • Fluent in Danish (written and spoken)
    • Excellent communication skills

    • Willingness to relocate to Athens, Greece
