    Om vores tribe

    Vores tribe hedder Core Financing Platform. Bag navnet gemmer sig det fulde ansvar for løsninger der håndterer finansiering i hele Norden. Vores løsninger spænder bredt, fra web apps med cloud-native services, til forretningskritiske processer og datatunge backends med komplekse beregningsalgoritmer.

    Vi arbejder i agile squads, og du bliver en nøgle spiller for dit squads arbejde med software-løsninger. Vi understøtter tilpasningsdygtige arbejdstider og giver mulighed for at udføre opgaverne hjemmefra 1-2 dage hver uge efter behov.

    Om rollen

    Vi bygger systemer på cloud platforme, primært med .NET på backend med høje standarder for kodekvalitet og leverancer. Vi arbejder med Visual Studio, Azure DevOps og regelmæssige releases. Vi arbejder tæt sammen, deler viden . via reviews og pair programming.

    Som Chapter Lead har du et todelt ansvar. Du er HR-leder for en flok udviklere som dig selv og samtidigt en vigtig udvikler i dit squad. Din tid vil fordele sig med ca. 30% på ledelse og 70% på udvikling af software. Du vil varetage opgaver indenfor disse områder:

  • Bygge og modernisere systemer i .NET teknologi på cloud platforme.
  • System- og software-design med andre udviklere og arkitekter.
  • DevOps, CI/CD og Infrastructure as Code.
  • Automatiseret test og kvalitetssikring af software.
  • Afholde 1:1-dialoger og performance-samtaler.
  • Facilitere vidensdeling om standarder og best practices.

    Vi søger en kollega, der har en solid erfaring med .NET, og som er nysgerrig på ledelse og udvikling af software-udviklere.

    Tekniske kompetencer

  • Solid erfaring med .NET og tilhørende værktøjskasse.
  • Passion for software-design, . ., DDD og Clean Code.
  • Interesse for software-kvalitet, herunder non-functional requirements, sikkerhed og automatiseret test.
  • Kender til DevOps, arbejdet med CI/CD pipelines og måske Terraform.
  • Har arbejdet med platforme og teknologier som . AWS, Docker, Terraform og Openshift.
