    Træningskoordinator i Produktionsafdeling

    Som træningskoordinator i vores pilot produktionsafdeling vil du være en central støtte til ledere og medarbejdere vedrørende træningsrelaterede opgaver og problemer. Dit arbejde vil også omfatte diverse administrative opgaver relateret til dokumentation. Nedenfor er en oversigt over hvad du kan forvente at arbejde med dagligt:

    • Støtte etablering af lokal træning og oprette kursuskoder og iSOtrain-moduler gennem STA.
    • Vedligeholde STA-data i samarbejde med ledere og træningsansvarlig samt deltage i workshops og møder.
    • Supportere medarbejdere ved at dokumentere træning og arkivere dokumentation.
    • Oprette årlige kvalitetsaktioner for afdelingen i vores IT-platform Q-Case.
    • Assistere under audit og inspektioner og være ansvarlig for arkivering.
    • Være repræsentant i CVP-områdets træningskoordinatorgruppe og deltage i tværorganisatorisk arbejde.

    Kvalifikationer:

    • Relevant erfaring med træning inden for GMP-området.
    • Erfaring med digitale træningssystemer.
    • Du skal være sprogligt stærk i dansk og engelsk både mundtligt og skriftligt.
    • Vi leder efter en person der er struktureret, detaljeorienteret og proaktiv.
    • Evne til at tage ansvar, drive egne opgaver og bidrage aktivt til samarbejdet.
    • Du sætter en ære i at yde god service og være en troværdig go-to person.

    Om Afdelingen:

    Vores afdeling, Purification Pilot Plants, er en del af Novo Nordisk i Bagsværd og fokuserer på opskalering af processer og finrensning af proteiner. Supportteamet består af ca. 20 medarbejdere med vigtige supportfunktioner som kvalitetssupport, udstyrssupport, LEAN-support og træningssupport.
