- Støtte etablering af lokal træning oprette kursuskoder og iSOtrain-moduler gennem STA).
- Vedligeholde STA-data i henhold til opgaveliste i samarbejde med ledere og træningsansvarlig, samt holde dig opdateret i brugen af STA ved at deltage i relevante workshops og møder.
- Supportere medarbejdere i afdelingen ved at dokumentere obligatorisk træning og arkivere træningsdokumentation.
- Oprette de årlige, tilbagevendende kvalitetsaktioner for afdelingen, i vores IT platform Q-Case.
- Assistere under audit og inspektioner fungere som sekretariat).
- Være ansvarlig for afdelingens digitale og fysiske arkivering.
- Være repræsentant i CVP områdets træningskoordinatorgruppe, og deltage aktivt i gruppens tværorganisatoriske arbejde relateret til træning.
- Har relevant erfaring med træning indenfor GMP-området.
- Har erfaring med digitale træningssystemer.
- Kan begå dig på dansk og engelsk, både mundtligt og skriftligt, på professionelt niveau.

Jobbet
Som træningskoordinator i vores pilot produktionsafdeling, vil dit primære ansvar være at bisidde med daglig support til ledere og medarbejdere angående træningsrelaterede opgaver og problemstillinger, samt udføre diverse administrative opgaver relateret til dokumentation. Derudover vil du være en af afdelingens STA (Simple Training Adminstration) superbrugere, samt supportere slutbrugere i forhold til træningssystemer.

Om afdelingen
Vores afdeling, Purification Pilot Plants, består af over 70 medarbejdere og er organisatorisk placeret i området Chemistry, Manufacturing and Control (CMC) hos Novo Nordisk i Bagsværd.
Vores afdeling har fem teams som dækker tre forskellige pilot produktionsfaciliteter. Vores opgave er at opskalere processer og finrense proteiner til toksikologiske og kliniske studier.
Support teamet som du vil blive en del af, består af ca. 20 medarbejdere. Teamet indeholder forskellige vigtige supportfunktioner til produktionsfaciliteterne, såsom kvalitetssupport, udstyrssupport, LEAN support og træningssupport.
