- Maintain and develop existing HS concepts.
- Maintain and develop HS training material.
- Ensure compliance with Danish Health and Safety legislation and regulations (e.g. ISO45001).
- Ensure support and guidance on Health and Safety matters within production.
- Support and lead Health and Safety processes and concepts, such as incident registration, safety walks, work place assessments, handling of non-conformities, ergonomic improvements, etc.
- Hold an academic degree within Health and Safety or other relevant field, ideally combined with continued supplementary training or some practical experience in the field.
- Field or shop-floor experience in working with Health and Safety is an advantage, including knowledge of legislation/standards.
- Full professional proficiency in Danish, and good command of English.

The Position
As a Health and Safety Professional, you will working very close to operations in our site in Bagsværd, providing active support to the organization, championing good practices, and
acting as a point of contact on Health and Safety matters. The position will give you plenty of opportunities to broaden and develop your skillset in Health and Safety. You will further collaborate with other colleagues, to ensure continuous improvement of our site's maturity in Health and Safety.

Site Bagsværd is part of the production network for Injectable Finished Products at Novo Nordisk. The local EHS organization is part of Business Support – an area also responsible for projects, logistics, finance, lean, digitalization, training, and release.
