    Om rollen

    Vi søger dig til at blive en del af vores team som Service Backoffice Coordinator i Aarhus . Vores afdeling består af 25 serviceteknikere, som er placeret i hele Danmark. Vi er centralt placeret i Aarhus.

    De specifikke opgaver i denne rolle karakteriseres som:


    •Koordinering af vores service aktiviteter.


    •Arbejde tæt sammen med serviceteknikere og samarbejde med andre funktioner i virksomheden.


    •Planlæging af vedligeholdelsesinspektioner.


    •Prioritering og koordinering af teknikerne efter kundernes behov.


    •Kendskab til Kundeaftaler for at sikre korrekt håndtering og fakturering.

    Ønsker

    Vi ønsker, at du er struktureret og kan prioritere. Du har stærke mundtlige og skriftlige kommunikationsevner og evnen til at planlægge.

    ·Erfaring med at arbejde i administrativ rolle.

    ·Erfaring med at koordinere teknikere.

    ·Taler flydende dansk og engelsk.
