- ITIL Foundation certificate will be considered an advantage
- Requirement specification (functional and non-functional)
- Experience with requirement/tasks management
- Experience with stakeholder management
- Agile methods (Scrum and Kanban)
- Experience with tools as Helix, Jira, SharePoint and Confluence will be considered an advantage
- Great analytical skills
- Experience within the financial industry will be considered an advantage We also expect that you:

- A willingness to learn and develop new skills
- Strong focus on making analyses actionable
- Experienced with the Microsoft Office Package

We are looking for a (Senior) Analyst to be a part of the maintenance unit for our file-based mass payment application. This is an opportunity to work with the ITIL framework in practice as well as working in an agile environment together with our change and business organization in a BizDevOps operating model.
You'll join the PIT Application Management – Team B unit, where we are maintaining our solution and you'll take part of the unit and set requirements to the solution in order for us to best serve our customer's needs. You'll be a key person in interaction between all stakeholders: maintenance organization, business, operations, developers, testers and change organization.
