    Du vil hos Wilke arbejde tæt sammen med kolleger om projekter for både offentlige og private kunder. Vi arbejder typisk med projekter, hvor vi med dybe indsigter og anbefalinger er med til at skabe vækst og værdi for vores kunders forretning. Konkret kan det f.eks. være evaluering af kundestrategi, segmentering af kundegrupper, brandpositionering, udvikling af nye koncepter eller test af produkt-potentiale.

    Som kvantitativ Insights Consultant vil du:

    • Indgå i projekter som en del af det team, der skal afdække kundernes problemstillinger
    • Stå for udarbejdelse af spørgeskemaer, databehandling, analyse, rapportering, konklusioner og anbefalinger
    • Have dialog med kunder og deltage i kundemøder sammen med den kundeansvarlige
    • Rådgive med udgangspunkt i data og kundens forretningsmæssige prioriteter
    • Være projektleder på egne projekter og sikre fremdrift og overholdelse af deadlines

    Hvem er du?

    • Du har erfaring efter endt uddannelse fra en stilling som analytiker på f.eks. analyseinstitut, mediebureau eller i en analyseafdeling
    • Du har en kandidatgrad som f.eks. , , , mat. eller tilsvarende
    • Du er analytisk stærk og har solid erfaring med kvantitative metoder
    • Du er erfaren i SPSS, Q eller andre databehandlingsprogrammer
    • Du er god til at arbejde med komplekse data og større datamængder
    • Du er god til at formidle budskaber både skriftligt og mundtligt på dansk og engelsk
    • Du arbejder struktureret og har et skarpt øje for detaljer
    • Du er ansvarsfuld og arbejder selvstændigt, men er samtidig en holdspiller
    • Du trives i en travl hverdag og kan holde flere bolde i luften uden at miste overblikket

    Vi søger dig, som brænder for at arbejde med data og kvantitative analyser og for at formidle resultater og mulige løsninger på problemstillinger.

    Wilke er en dansk rådgivnings- og analysevirksomhed, der hjælper virksomheder og organisationer med at skabe vækst gennem værdifulde indsigter. I 2023 har vi bl.a. spillet padel, været i Det Kongelige Teater, haft juleklippedag, holdt adskillelige musikquizzer og malet kopper på Creative Space.

    Du får desuden en fleksibel hverdag, hvor du i høj grad selv tilrettelægger din arbejdsuge. Du har mulighed for at arbejde hjemmefra efter behov, men vi anbefaler at komme på kontoret, for her er du altid garanteret god stemning, et godt grin og frokost
