Om afdelingen
Som Director of Channel Development bliver du en del af Critical Communications-afdelingen, som fokuserer på hardware og teknologi anvendt på land af blandt andre ambulancer, brandvæsenet og soldater. Salgsafdelingen inden for Critical Communications er opdelt i to teams; Solutions og Channel. Channel-teamet, som du vil stå i spidsen for, er fordelt globalt med medlemmer i Lyngby, Storbritannien og Asien, og spiller en nøglerolle i virksomhedens salgsstrategi.
Om stillingen og ansvarsområder
Som Director of Channel Development vil dit primære ansvar være at lede og udvikle kanalsalgsstrategi, som er kilden til Cobham SATCOMs største salg. Du vil have ansvaret for at identificere, rekruttere og styre kanalpartnere globalt, og lede et team af 3-4 medarbejdere ved at tilbyde vejledning og støtte for at maksimere potentialet i vores partnerrelationer.
Du vil arbejde tæt sammen med Head of Solutions for at sikre en stærk synergi mellem løsningssalg og kanalsalg, med målet om at optimere indtjening og tilpasse vores tilbud til kundernes behov. Dette kræver stærke mellemmenneskelige kompetencer og en dyb forståelse for kanalsalg, da du vil samarbejde tæt med partnere og kunder over hele verden.
Rejseaktivitet er en væsentlig del af stillingen, med forventning om ca. 80 rejsedage om året for at udvikle og pleje partnerkanalerne.
