    Description and Requirements

    Lenovo is looking for a Country Sales Manager Enterprise & Public Sector - an essential member of the Danish Management Team responsible for achieving current and long-term goals within the Enterprise, Public Sector, and Global Accounts Segment (EPS and GA). In this role, you will lead a successful sales team and be responsible for developing, managing, and executing segment strategies both operationally and strategically. You will report to the Nordic Director Enterprise & Public Sector.

    Your primary responsibilities include:

    • Managing and developing the Danish Enterprise & Public Sector Team comprising approximately 15 individuals
    • Owning the segment P/L with an approximate revenue of DKK
    • Meeting annual and quarterly goals established by the Nordic leadership team
    • Leading sales transformation to ensure future success in evolving business areas
    • Owning the end-to-end strategic account planning process
    • Building effective teams focused on collaboration and a unified approach
    • Short- and long-term pipeline management, including account planning across all Lenovo business groups (One-Lenovo), accurate forecasting, and demand planning

    Market Understanding & Customer Connect

    • Developing tactical plans based on market share growth, pricing analysis, and competitive insights, identifying partner alliances, growth segments, and product market opportunities
    • Establishing and nurturing customer relationships at the C-Level, showcasing negotiation skills for closing complex deals
    • What you need to bring:

      • A proven track record in successful commercial management with change management experience as a bonus
      • Experience in team and people management in similar scale organizations, with a transparent and motivational leadership style
      • Expertise in the IT industry, specialized in hardware, services, and solution selling
      • Proficiency in end-user and channel partner sales and management, customer-centric approach
      • Strong financial acumen with P&L responsibility
      • Outstanding analytical and planning capabilities
      • Professional fluency in English and Danish
