    Du bliver ansvarlig for at supportere vores KAM team med administrative opgaver samt sikre effektiv koordinering af opgaver og aktiviteter.

    Vi søger en kollega med et stort drive og en nysgerrig og opsøgende natur. Du tager selv et stort ansvar for - og initiativ til at få tingene gjort.

    Du kommer til at arbejde med alt fra sagsbehandling og salgsregistrering samt koordinering til daglig kontakt og statusmøder med nogle af G4S' største kunder i selskab med Key Account Manageren.

    Arbejdet er meget selvstændigt og stiller store krav til dine evner inden for administration og behandling af store og til tider komplekse kunder.

  • Effektiv og professionel kommunikation med Key Account kunder samt opfølgning på opgaver og deadlines
  • Optimering af processer og forretningsgange
  • Sagsbehandling af store kontrakter, herunder oprettelse, vedligehold og ændringer
  • Statusmøder med kunder i selskab med Key Account Manageren men henblik på udvikling af samarbejde
  • Tæt samarbejde med andre afdelinger for at sikre effektive og strukturerede arbejdsgange Hvem er du?

    Hvad har du med i rygsækken?
    Din uddannelsesmæssige baggrund er ikke afgørende, men der vil i udvælgelsen blive lagt stor vægt på indgående erfaring fra lignende administrativt arbejde og særligt håndtering af store og komplekse kunder.
    Derudover forventes det, at du er en dygtig kommunikator, både skriftligt og mundtligt, ligesom du er vant til at anvende IT som arbejdsværktøj og naturligt navigerer i flere systemer ad gangen.
