You will be part of the Finance Shared Service Center team at Flying Tiger Copenhagen where we support 7 countries, HQ and our eCommerce platform. Finance Shared Service Center is part of the HQ Finance function, and we are looking for a Senior Finance Assistant to support our Finance Manager team.
The department consist of 32 team members in a professional and informal work environment located at Christianshavn in the centre of Copenhagen.
You will refer directly to the Head of Markets (Finance).

As Senior Finance Assistant, you will make sure to keep the high quality of deliverables on time for our customers and key stakeholders. Your primary task will be to support our Finance Manager team on our HQ accounts.
Our goal is to provide great service and to meet or exceed our customers (partners and stores) expectations during corporation with stakeholders and the Finance Shared Service Center.
The position is a newly created role, and therefore you have the opportunity to shape and build the role yourself.
You main responsibilities will be G/L postings, Fixed Assets incl. Project module, VAT settlement and reporting (several VAT numbers) and all booking and reporting regarding duties (both in Denmark and other EU countries).

The preferred candidate has + 5 years of relevant experience from a finance role in Retail or/and an international company.
You have strong skills in MS Office and particularly in MS Excel and experience with ERP systems and preparation of reconciliations, documentation, and period end closings.
In the role, it is also expected you hold a business level proficiency in spoken and written English and Danish.
