Desktop Support EngineerWe are seeking an experienced Desktop Support Engineer to provide onsite technical support in Copenhagen.
The ideal candidate will be fluent in Swedish and English and possess strong hands-on experience in desktop support, hardware troubleshooting, and Microsoft technologies.
This role requires excellent problem-solving skills, strong communication abilities, and the capability to support VIP users and meeting room environments.
Key ResponsibilitiesInstallation, assessment, configuration, and testing of desktop software applications
Support for Windows 10/11 operating systems and Mac OS
Respond to client IT support requests in a timely manner
Diagnose software, hardware, and networking issues
Provide technical support onsite and via remote-access systems
Active Directory support including password resets
Azure portal administration and MFA support
Meeting room, AV, print, and VIP user support
Troubleshoot complex hardware and software issues
SCCM deployments and hardware imaging
Configure and support Microsoft 365 services including Teams and Outlook
Required Skills & Experience
3–5 years of experience in Desktop / IT Support roles
Proven experience troubleshooting Windows OS and hardware issues
Experience with SCCM deployments
Strong understanding of Microsoft 365 (Teams, Outlook, Exchange basics)
Active Directory administration experience
Knowledge of Azure portal and MFA configurations
Good understanding of web services, APIs, and IP-based protocols
Knowledge of networking fundamentals
Experience supporting meeting rooms and AV setups
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Excellent time management and critical thinking abilities
