Desktop Support Engineer (Onsite)

Ballerup, Denmark
Experience: 3-5 years
Language skills:
Danish and English (Both spoken & written)
Responsibilities:
Installation, assessment, and testing of desktop software application
Win 10/ 11 Operating & Mac OS Support
Responding to client IT support requests.
Meeting with clients to diagnose software, networking, or hardware issues.
Providing technical support on-site or via remote-access systems.
Bachelor's degree in information technology or computer science.
Proven work experience as a technical support engineer.
Meeting Room support, AV support, VIP support, Print Support
Knowledge of web services, API, and IP-based protocols.
Knowledge of computer hardware and networking systems.
Good time management skills.
Good interpersonal skills.
Ability to troubleshoot complex hardware and software issues.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to think critically.
Active Directory Password re-set
Azure portal, MFA support.
Required Skills:
The candidate should have key experience listed below which can be demonstrated and be referenced:
Applicants must have native-level proficiency in English & Danish
Proven experience in troubleshooting Windows OS, Hardware support and SCCM deployments.
Understanding of M365 services, Teams, Outlook configurations.
