    Vi søger en ambitiøs, engageret og dygtig Restaurantchef.

    Carl's Jr. er en international burgerkæde med over 4.000 restauranter på verdensplan. Siden kædens etablering i USA for over 50 år siden har Carl's Jr. været kendt for at servere store, saftige, flammegrillede burgere, samtidig med, at vi leverer en service i særklasse.

    Vi forventer, at du
  • har minimum 4 års relevant og dokumenteret ledererfaring
  • har erfaring med rekruttering og træning af medarbejdere
  • har erfaring fra restaurationsbranchen
  • er en god rollemodel
  • har økonomisk forståelse for butiksdrift
  • har erfaring med konceptstyring
  • behersker dansk i skrift og tale
  • har gode engelskkundskaber
  • er god til at bevare overblikket i travle situationer
  • er en leder der har drive, går forrest og ønsker at indgå i bemandingen på lige fod med dine kollegaer
  • er en erfaren og dygtig coach
  • har evnen til at inspirere og motivere dine mellemledere
  • har evnen og overskuddet til at kunne udvikle dine mellemledere, og hele tiden have nye ledere på vej

    • Som Restaurantchef i Carl's Jr. er du ansvarlig for al drift i restauranten fra kundeservice til omsætning og kvalitetssikring. Du refererer direkte til Distriktschefen.

    Du sikrer, at restauranten lever op til Carl's Jr.'s standarder både inden for kundeservice, kvalitet, omsætning og indtjening, og du trives med at være på gulvet fremfor kontoret.

    Din profil
    Du er udadvendt og serviceminded, god til at organisere og planlægge. Du tør stille krav samt tage svære beslutninger. Du trives med at arbejde i et højt tempo, har et stort overblik og sans for detaljerne.

    Med den rette indstilling og det rette drive er der unikke udviklingsmuligheder i stillingen som Restaurantchef hos Carl's Jr.

    Du skal være opmærksom på, at en lederstilling hos Carl's Jr. indeholder et træningsforløb i en eller flere af vores eksisterende restauranter i Danmark. Vi ser frem til at høre fra dig.
