- In collaboration with the DevOps team operating the Digitalised Batch Release products, while developing the products in line with product strategy and roadmap, constantly adapting emerging business needs and priorities (preparing for the future).
- Evaluate and prioritise business opportunities vs. must-do compliance improvements.
- Define functionalities to be developed and implemented.
- Provide local support and digital insight for releasing QA in the different business areas.
- Stay focused to achieve desired business outcomes and long-term strategy, while being ready to rapidly adapt to unforeseen challenges and impediments.
- Drive situational communication supported by the organisational transformation team towards key stakeholders engaged in the product, ranging from releasing QAs and subject-matter-experts to leaders across all levels.
- Contribute to the process of harmonising, standardising and lean the process for an efficient batch release process to the benefit of our patients.
- In collaboration with the team maximise outcomes of agile events and ceremonies, e.g. PI planning, Iteration planning, demo and retrospective.
- University degree within Science, Engineering and/or Business.
- Experience working with quality processes, preferable in the batch release process in a pharmaceutical company.
- years' experience in Agile methodologies, preferably certified as PO within SAFe.
- Be fluent in English, both written and spoken.
- interest in developing IT digitalisation tools.
