  • Lede og koordinere driften af kunde-ejendomme: Dette inkluderer rengøring, sikkerhed, vedligeholdelse og tekniske services.

  • Overvåge og rapportere om ejendommens performance: Du skal kunne analysere data og præsentere resultater på en klar og forståelig måde.
  • Proaktivt identificere og håndtere potentielle problemer: Du skal være løsningsorienteret og kunne minimere forstyrrelser for kunderne.
  • Etablere og opretholde positive relationer med kunder og interne teams: Du skal være en god kommunikator og kunne skabe stærke arbejdsrelationer.
  • Sikre overholdelse af alle sikkerheds- og miljøstandarder: Du skal have et stærkt fokus på sikkerhed og miljøpåvirkning. Dine kvalifikationer:
  • Minimum 5 års relevant erfaring i en lignende stilling.
  • Dokumenteret erfaring med ledelse og teamkoordinering.
  • Gode kommunikationsevner, både mundtligt og skriftligt.
  • Evne til at arbejde selvstændigt og i team.
  • Forståelse for budgettering og omkostningsstyring.
  • Proaktiv og løsningsorienteret tilgang.
