    Vi søger en engageret og dygtig Produkt Dokumentations Management Assistent til vores førende tekstilvirksomhed.Duvilkommetilatarbejdetætsammenmedvoressalgsafdeling ogplanlægningsafdeling, samt produktionsstederne i henholdsvis Polen, Bosnien og Bangladesh. Det vil give dig en bred og alsidig kontaktflade. En detaljeorienteret tilgang og evnen til at jonglere mellem både kreativitet og rutine vil være afgørende for din succes hos os. Du vil blive en del af et dedikeret team bestående af tre specialister, hvor vi lægger stor vægt på et stærkt samarbejde og holdånd.

    Visøgerenkandidatmedfølgendekvalifikationerogegenskaber:

  • En relevant uddannelsesmæssig baggrund inden for tekstilbranchen, der giver dig en solid forståelse for beklædningshåndværk.
  • Det er en stor fordel hvis du har erfaring med konstruktion og graduering.
  • Du har erfaring med brugen af Illustrator eller tilsvarende tegneprogrammer til at skabe tekniske tegninger.
  • Kendskab til Microsoft Business Central eller et lignende ERP-system, vil give dig en fordel i arbejdet, og derudover er du erfaren bruger af Office pakken.
  • Gode engelskkundskaber, og det vil være en fordel, hvis du forstår svensk i skrift og tale.
  • Dukanlidestrukturogdetaljer,ogdetatarbejdemedløbendeforbedringerermotiverende. Duharevnentil at bevare overblikket og yde en hjælpende hånd til kollegerne selv i pressede situationer for at sikre en fleksibel opgaveløsning i dagligdagen. Du bidrager til den positive stemning på arbejdspladsen og trives med en uhøjtidelig omgangstone.

    • Dineprimæreansvarsområdervilinkludere:

  • Oprettelse og vedligeholdelse af masterdata i Microsoft Business Central.
  • Skabelse af tekniske tegninger i Illustrator til produktdokumentation.
  • Godkendelse af metervarer og syprøver inden produktion.
  • Indhentning af sypriser.
  • Kvalitetskontrol ved modtagelse af færdigvarer.
  • Samarbejde og teknisk dialog med vores salgsafdelinger vedrørende udbud og udviklingsprojekter
  • Daglig kontakt og rådgivning til vores produktionssteder i Polen, Bosnien og Bangladesh.
  • Håndtering af diverse ad hoc-opgaver for at støtte afdelingens behov.
