    Vi leder efter en erfaren sælger med ægte forretningsforståelse og interesse for vores produkter. Du kommer til at arbejde med markedets mest spændende brand og højt ansete produkter inden for motorsave, buskryddere og plæneklippere. Din hovedopgave er at udvikle salget og skabe langsigtede forretningsrelationer, hvor vores kunder er professionelle forhandlere og deres slutkunder.

    Sammen med forhandlerne udvikler du købsoplevelsen og tilbyder god eftermarkedsservice, hvor vores fælles slutkunder møder STIHL brandet. Du sikrer en bred repræsentation af vores sortiment i butikkerne, inspirerer til salgsfremmende løsninger og understøtter dine forhandleres engagement, pleje og viden om produkterne. Du planlægger din egen arbejdsdag og driver salgsprocesserne. Distrikt Jylland og Fyn.

    NOGLE TYPISKE OPGAVER

    Besøge distriktets forhandlere, både aktive og potentielle.

  • Med udgangspunkt i vores strategi udvikler du samarbejde og forskellige tiltag og aktiviteter.
  • Være en nærværende partner for vores forhandlere og diskutere, hvordan man bedst udvikler forretningen og samhandlen.
  • Sammen med forhandlerne planlægge kompetenceudvikling inden for produktkendskab .
  • Udvikling af salgsplaner.
  • Regelmæssig rapportering og opdatering i virksomhedens CRM-system.
  • Skabe en god inkøbsoplevelse i butikken gennem vores butiksdesign og koncept.
  • Deltagelse i messer og andre aktiviteter over for forhandlere og slutkunder.
  • Produkttræning, demonstration og salgstræning med forhandlere.
  • Beregning og rapportering af lokalt lager (vognlager).

    For at trives og få succes i rollen har du evnen til at arbejde selvstændigt under eget ansvar, men også til at samarbejde. Du kan strukturere dit arbejde, og du kan møde mennesker med stort engagement og en positiv indstilling. Vi tror, at det er en fordel, hvis du tidligere har arbejdet med detailhandlere og fundet det givende, og at opbygge interpersonelle relationer. Du har et godt kendskab til mennesker, og du har sandsynligvis erfaring med rådgivende salg, købsadfærd og butiksindretning. Du brænder for at finde den bedste løsning for kunden og motiveres af at forstå og opfylde kundens behov.

    DIN PERSON

    Du er rolig, empatisk og troværdig. Du har evnen til at være åben i dit arbejde og inddrage kunden i processen og har en medmenneskelig og ærlig tilgang. Vi tror, at du har mindst 3 års erfaring med salg eller har været aktiv i en butikker og/eller specialhandel.

    Du er også;
    Lydhør, ydmyg, pålidelig og elsker at opbygge langvarige kunderelationer. Har en god evne til at samarbejde og har en sympatisk og samarbejdsvillig måde at arbejde på. Behersker dansk og engelsk i skrift og tale. God til at finde en passende løsning sammen med kunden. Tryg ved at arbejde selvstændigt, men også i en gruppe.
