    Jobbeskrivelse:

    Vi søger en deltids Promotion Assistant til at hjælpe med at håndtere vores email-marketing kampagner. Dine primære opgaver vil omfatte behandling af emails fra sælgere, besvarelse af henvendelser fra potentielle kunder og at assistere vores salgsteam i deres arbejde.

    Nøgleansvar:

  • Assistere salgsafdelingen i CRM-systemer med administration af mødebook og registrering af information fra e-mail marketing kampagner.
  • Effektiv besvarelse af e-mails til potentielle kunder på vegne af sælgerne, med fokus på klarhed og professionalisme.
  • Hjælpe med at udvikle organisatoriske strukturer og processer for at strømline vores marketingindsats.
  • Tæt samarbejde med salgsafdelingen med at udvikle og opdatere salgsmateriale.
    Vi ser, at du:
  • er stærk skriftligt - i forbindelse med at svare på mails.
  • er god til at arbejde både selvstændigt og som en del af et team.
  • har interesse for kommunikation.
  • har erfaring med CRM-systemer – det vil blive betragtet som et plus.
    Stillingerne har en ugentlig arbejdstid på minimum 10-15 timer.
