    Watson Marlow Fluid Technology Solutions is anSSE PLC Group company ( SSE (LondonStock Exchange - FTSE 50) is a manufacturer of engineered solutions, employing10300 people across 130+ operating units globally. We offer a range of fluidhandling solutions across the biotech and industrial markets.

    This role will focus on:

  • Operate within the Strategy, Values, and Sustainability framework of the business.
  • Manage a range of product offerings aligned to specific market segments, focusing on planning and strategy for maximizing long-term growth.
  • Develop, prioritize, and communicate a vision and roadmap for the product through a well-defined product strategy.
  • Collaborate closely with Engineering Authorities to deliver products aligned with the product strategy and business goals.
  • Work with Global Marketing and Business Development teams to define and communicate Customer and Product Value Propositions.
  • Act as the principal owner of the plan for commercialization of new products, transitioning ownership at an agreed point to Global Business Development.
  • Identify attractive products outside the company portfolio for potential acquisition if product development does not align with the strategy.
  • Manage the product life cycle to maximize overall gross contribution.
  • Follow all relevantpolicies and processes required to deliver on the purpose of the job.
    • To be successful in this role, youwill need:
  • Knowledge in aseptic liquid fill finish process of pharmaceutical drug product and the related industry regulatory requirement
  • Knowledge of Turnkey Capital Equipment, Automated Machinery, or related technologies is desired.
  • Degree in Engineering or a Science subject, or equivalent experience in an Engineering/Manufacturing background.
  • Strong track record of Product Management experience, demonstrating successful product launches and profitable growth.
  • Demonstrable leadership skills with the ability to engage with senior stakeholders across various departments.
