- Define EMEA-wide Biopharma strategy and product portfolio
- Build value adding key supplier relationships (incl. supplierselection, sourcing, and product management – price negotiation, GP marginoptimisation, stock inventory management) for the segment
- Market analysis to strategically identify and fill white spots
- Bring and develop market know-how to drive strategies assigned toBiopharma applications, in line with global strategy
- Identify market trends and opportunities in the Bio-pharmaceuticalsector that hold business potential
- Build Technical & Commercial support for sales and product managers(Product information, Newsletters, Training) – on new products, suppliers, andapplications
- Develop marketing and business positioning campaigns together with themarketing team and execute them
- Define the themes, priorities and focus areas for exhibitions andparticipate in regional trade fair activities
- Participate in joint visits with customers to uphold technicaldiscussions and to provide support to sales YOUR PROFILE Your Profile
- University degree in Science (Biotechnology,Biochemistry, Pharmaceutical Sciences or related disciplines)
- Strong product and market knowledge ofPharmaceutical Industry, with focus on Biopharma field
- Multiple years experience in the PharmaceuticalIndustry, Pharmaceutical technology, Production area, R&D or ChemicalDistribution
- Experience in Product Management or strongnetwork and relationship building capability with suppliers will be valued
- Solid presentation skills and fluency inEnglish, both written and verbal
- Sound computer skills in the use of MicrosoftExcel, Word, PowerPoint, SAP, CRM
- Availability to travel internationally asrequired.

Our Brenntag Pharma EMEA division builds the link between Raw Materialsuppliers and Medicinal Product Producers and manages the Distribution of APIs,Excipients, Intermediates, as well as Base chemicals with Value-Added Services.
We serve the market with our entrepreneurial mindset & vision at thehighest quality standard. We actively listen to our partners needs and addvalue with our customised solutions, acting as a one-stop-shop for thepharmaceutical industry.
You will be part of the Pharma EMEA Industry Market Management team and workclosely together with our Sales and Pharma Services team across EMEA region.
Your main responsibilities will be to define the strategy, manage key suppliersand product basket for the segment of Biopharma.
You will play an importantrole in supporting our sales team and in providing guidance for the Pharmaindustry based on thorough and up to date market know how.
