- Kommunikation med transportører, leverandører, og interne interessenter ift. at sikre en effektiv og rettidig logistikproces, samt korrigerende handling i tilfælde af afvigelser og problemstillinger.
- Udarbejdelse af analyser på problemstillinger, og frembringe konkrete løsningsforslag, samt udvikling af processer for derigennem at effektivisere, og styrke de daglige løsninger.
- Håndtering af, og overholdelse af regler og bestemmelser ift. transport via vej og jernbane, samt opfølgning på kontrakter og rammeaftaler i SAP
- Administrativ styring af Supply Chains involvering i bæredygtig transport, udbud, konkurrenceudsættelser, samt andre projekter, hvor transport er involveret.

Som Transport koordinator i Banedanmarks Supply Chain sektion, får du muligheden for at bidrage med dine faglige kompetencer, samtidigt med at du hjælper Banedanmark med at komme i mål med de ambitiøse planer for den fremtidige strategi.
Vi søger en dygtig transport koordinator, som kan hjælpe med at organisere og koordinere transporten af materialer til og fra projekter og vedligeholdelses-opgaver. Du kommer til at arbejde på vores helt nye og moderne lager i Ringsted. Udover lagret er der også fokus på at opbygge en ny struktur for transport koordinering og services.
Du vil blive tilknyttet området Indkøb, Logistik & Facility Management, og være organiseret i Lagerteamnet under Supply Chain sektionen. I lagerteamet findes der foruden en teamleder og dig, 12 dygtige kolleger på tværs af Danmark. Supply Chain sektionen repræsenterer samlet ca. 40 kolleger, hvoraf de fleste er at finde på kontoret i København.
Planlægning og koordinering og en bred kontaktflade
Du får en varieret hverdag, fyldt med bl.a. følgende opgaver:
Kundeorienteret og brænder for god service
Vi forestiller os, at du har en speditør uddannelse, eller har flere års erfaring fra en lignende stilling i entreprenørbranchen.
Du skal være vant til at arbejde med booking og styring af transport til og fra lagre, kunder og leverandører. Det er vigtigt, at du forstår dig på økonomien, så transporter bookes økonomisk forsvarligt, og med mindst mulig miljøbelastning. En struktureret og datadisciplineret tilgang er derfor en vigtig del af din tilgang til opgaver.
Et godt kendskab til transportstyrings-systemer, og gerne SAP er vigtige, ligesom gode færdigheder til at analysere data ved brug af Excel er nødvendige.
Der er en del tværfagligt arbejde og en bred kontaktflade. Det er derfor også væsentligt, at du er imødekommende og har fokus på at levere en god service. I stillingen får du derfor brug for at kommunikere tydeligt både mundtligt og på skriftligt.
Du får samtidig en hverdag der kalder på, at du kan bevare overblikket i en presset situation, og også motiveres af at have flere opgaver i gang samtidigt.
Du skal være fortrolig med Outlook og MS Word i det daglige arbejde.
Stillingen kræver også kørekort til personbil, og gerne truckcertifikat. Hvis du ikke har et truckcertifikat, vil du få mulighed for at erhverve dette.
L øn og ansættelsesvilkår
Som akademiker ansættes du efter gældende overenskomst mellem Skatteministeriet og AC.
For HK gælder Fællesoverenskomsten mellem Skatteministeriet og Offentligt Ansattes Organisationer – Det statslige område og Organisationsaftalen mellem Skatteministeriet og HK/STAT, Danmark samt protokollat for kontorfunktionærer ansat ved Banedanmark.
Som udgangspunkt er stillingen placeret i løngruppe 3, sats 1, Hovedstad.
For både AC og HK gælder det, at den endelige løn fastsættes på baggrund af dine erfaringer og kvalifikationer, samt at der tilkommer pension i henhold til overenskomsten.
