    Studentermedhjælper i HOFORs Cloud Center of Excellence

    HOFOR transformeres i disse år med digitalisering som det primære værktøj, og vi søger derfor servicemindede studentermedhjælpere med gode sociale egenskaber til at sikre at brugernes daglige IT-udfordringer løses smidigt og hurtigt.

    Teamet er en blanding af fuldtidsansatte, studentermedhjælpere og konsulenter. Din arbejdsopgaver vil variere og kræve du kan samarbejde på tværs af teams i IT at projektsupporter i teamet kan være alt fra hjælp til at lave dataanalyser, marketingsplaner, segmentering, intern og ekstern kommunikation samt udarbejdelse af PowerPoints, kommunikationsmateriale og benchmarking mm.

    Dine primære arbejdsopgaver omfatter, at du:

    • Yder 2nd og 3rd level support med et smil og godt humør til alle kolleger i HOFOR
    • Fejlfinding af hardware- og softwareproblemer på alle device-typer
    • Administration og produktion af software-pakker samt patchning
    • Assistere med installation og vedligeholdelse af IT udstyr og software
    • Dokumentere og rapporterer Incidents og Requests i Servicenow

      Vi forestiller os, at du er i gang med din bachelor, og studerer fx på DTU, IT-Universitetet eller KEA. Du vil have mulighed for at arbejde fleksibelt, og du har i høj grad medbestemmelse omkring, hvornår du kommer på arbejde alt efter hvad der passer med skema, eksaminer og fritid. Vi forventer du kan arbejde cirka 15-20 timer ugentligt i gennemsnit.

      Du kommer til at arbejde på Ørestads Boulevard 35, 2300 København S.

      Du bliver en del af vores Cloud Center of Excellence som ligger i afdelingen IT Strategi & CCoE. Teamet Cloud Automation & Platform har ansvar for at udvikle og vedligeholde vores platform i Cloud.

      I sektionen er vi 6 kolleger der besidder høj faglighed. Teamet arbejder agilt og scrum-baseret og kulturen bærer præg af åbenhed, humor og at vi rigtig gerne vil hjælpe vores kunder og hinanden.
