- Support Document control officer to release the documents and update the index.
- Track and follow up on the document change request (CR) status with document authors to offer the support.
- Support training officer to maintain the training courses via training tool and update the matrix.
- Communicate with various stakeholders to solve the issue via ticket system.
- Analyze data to support the improvement.
- Support translation of documents from English to Danish as the extra contribution.

In this role you will be part of a truly global environment and be part of our Quality Management System (QMS) team. You will be given the possibility to work cross functionally within WS Audiology and learn more about the QMS requirement regarding medical devices to ensure the compliance toward regulations, e.g., the document control, training, audit, CAPA improvements.
