    Danske Shoppingcentre (DSC) er den førende kraft inden for shoppingcentre i Danmark og stolt ejer af nogle af landets mest imponerende og strategisk beliggende centre. Med en samlet portefølje på omkring kvadratmeter fordelt over 17 centre og 1.100 butikslejemål, repræsenterer DSC dedikation til kvalitet og innovation. Med en klar vision om at videreudvikle de 17 bedste centre i Danmark, bestræber DSC sig på at forblive markedets største aktør inden for shoppingcentre.

    Om stillingerne

    De søger to dynamiske og engagerede Graduate Center Managers til to af deres centre, City2 og Friis Shoppingcenter. Som Graduate Center Manager vil du støtte op om den daglige drift samt udviklingen af det respektive center. Du får mulighed for at sætte dit præg på arbejdet og spille en central rolle i at sikre optimal drift og fremgang. Du vil i det første år indgå i et skræddersyet graduate-forløb, der vil klæde dig på til forskellige områder af forretningsforståelse, ledelse og håndtering af udfordringer, og have et tæt samarbejde med Center Manageren i hhv. City2 & Friis Shoppingcenter.

    Ansvarsområder inkluderer

  • Ledelse og styring af forandringer med et kommercielt fokus for at sikre udvikling og vækst.
  • Udarbejdelse og eksekvering af lokal centerstrategi i samarbejde med ledelsen og Center Manageren.
  • Samarbejde med butikker, kunder og interessenter for at sikre optimal service og kundeoplevelse.

    Kvalifikationer
  • Relevant uddannelse inden for retail, marketing eller finans.
  • Minimum 3-5 års erfaring inden for retail eller centerledelse.
  • Stærke kommercielle og strategiske kompetencer.
  • Evne til at motivere og lede teams mod fælles mål.
  • Proaktiv tilgang til opgaver og evner til at tage initiativ.
  • Energi, passion og evne til at drive forandringer.
  • Kreativ tankegang og naturlig nysgerrighed.
