How you will make an impact

As our Senior IT Manager, you will play a pivotal role in working across our international markets to align our IT Strategy and initiatives to the regional/market strategies to ensure that our IT solutions support and enable better business performance. This is an exciting opportunity to work in an environment characterized by ambitious initiatives and global growth. You will represent the International Zone in IT matters. To excel in the role, you will serve as the interface between the International regions/markets and IT – with a business perspective. Here, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining the IT roadmaps as well as ensuring IT investments align with Zone/regional/market ambitions and available funding.

Further, you role will include the following responsibilities:

• Overlook IT projects and manage the IT project portfolio, setting direction and prioritizing from a business point of view within the investment frame
• Support the business in maturing initiatives and establishing business cases
• Have insight to and secure adaption of relevant Group IT solutions to the international markets
• Participate in the INT prioritisation of cross-organisational IT initiatives – e.g. cyber security
• Coordinate IT infrastructural initiatives on behalf of INT
• Have insight to and understand IT implications of investments in the INT supply chain across the regions

The main location for this position is Viby in Aarhus, with some occasional travel to our International markets.

What will make you successful

To succeed in this role, we imagine that:

• You hold an education at Master's level or equivalent experience that gives you a good business acumen.
• You have 5+ years of proven experience from being the link between business and IT, where you have been converting business needs into a roadmap of IT projects through a close collaboration with various business functions and the IT teams.
• You have relevant experience working with and/or having insights into relevant technology (eg SAP, infrastructure, SharePoint, web) including rollouts/implementations globally
• In addition, you have experience leading large, global projects and working in a multicultural environment.
• You are fluent in English and master the various Office 365 tools

We are seeking a candidate who possess strong communication skills, an extroverted attitude, and an open mind, as you will be working across functions, markets, and with stakeholders at all levels. Having a strong drive and a can-do attitude is essential as you will be challenging the status quo and coming up with ambitious solutions. While the role does not have direct people responsibilities, you will play a vital role in fostering collaboration across teams and bring people together to achieve common goals in the best way, so it is important that you have years of experience and feel comfortable managing teams with strong conflict-handling and decision-making capabilities.
