- ensure structured APQP (Advanced Product Quality Planning) process for new sourced products,
- handle customer's and supplier's complaints,
- improve quality, reliability and performance of our EMP products with monitoring, planning & coordination of activities related to solving quality and application issues with strong preventive aim.
- Minimum 5 years' experience with quality assurance, problem solving and management systems, driven by IATF16949 and related quality Core Tools,
- Experience with claim handling process, new product/process development process and generic engineering practice in industry (preferably electronics - PCBA production),
- Preferable knowledge of industrial heating products, especially in hydronic heating applications,
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills along with a good understanding of other cultures,

This is End-to-End quality function with principal aim to ensure expected quality and drive continuous improvement for Externally Manufactured Products, starting from sourcing of new products, through the product and process development and finally products life-time quality performance management.
