    Temply er en digital platform for vikarer og virksomheder. Gennem vores digitale platform forbinder vi over brugere med over 500 virksomheder i Danmark og Sverige og håndterer alt papirarbejdet digitalt og problemfrit. Vi er på en mission om at disrupte en støvet og traditionel branche og det er vores ambition at blive Nordens førende. Med en bruttoomsætning på 50 mio. i år, er vi på en vild rejse

    Dine opgaver og ansvar:

    Som Finance & Operations Assistant i Temply kommer du til at arbejde tæt sammen med vores CFO for at servicere driften og sikre at fakturering og lønudbetaling foregår gnidningsfrit. Vi forventer at du kan arbejde 8-16 timer om ugen og det er et krav at du har flair for tal og data og kan lide at arbejde en hel dag i excel.

    Du vil blive hjulpet godt på vej af vores CFO og resten af teamet og hvis du viser interesse og proaktivitet vil du naturligt tage ansvar for flere elementer af vores finansielle processer og den strategiske udvikling af dette og derfor Temply i helhed.

    Om dig:
  • Du har erfaring med og en naturlig interesse i tal og data.
  • Du er eventuelt igang med en relevant uddannelse (eks. HA-almen eller lignende).
  • Du er struktureret og detaljeorienteret.
  • Du kan koordinere, organisere og er perfektionistisk.
  • Du er naturlig nysgerrig, proaktiv og har viljen til at lære.
  • Du trives med at arbejde selvstændigt, og har således et stort drive.
  • Du taler og skriver perfekt dansk og engelsk.
  • Du er fleksibel og har fokus på deadlines.
  • Du trives i en start-up kultur og i et ungt team, hvor der tænkes på løsninger frem for forhindringer.
