    THE ESTÉE LAUDER COMPANIES

    Are in search of a Nordic Product Manager (maternity cover).

    Are you enthusiastic about forecasting, pricing, reporting, and analyzing? Do you possess strong business acumen, exceptional Excel skills, and a proactive attitude? If so, you could be the Product Manager we need to maximize and develop Estée Lauder Companies' business in the Nordic market.

    The Estée Lauder Companies Inc. is a top manufacturer, marketer, and seller of quality skincare, makeup, fragrance, and hair care products globally. Their products are available in around 150 countries and territories under various renowned brand names.

    The Role

    As the Nordic Product Manager, you will oversee the product assortment, tailor it to suit market and retailer needs, and manage all related data. Reporting directly to the Nordic Brand General Manager, you will collaborate closely with the marketing team, Key Account Managers, and the operational team.

    Your Key Responsibilities

    • Owning the forecasting process for new products
    • Planning and optimizing campaigns
    • Delivering master data
    • Monitoring and analyzing sales data and budgets
    • Updating and managing assortments (forecasting and pricing)
    • Creating presentations for sales teams/retailers
    • Handling EMEA reporting

    Qualifications

    Your Profile

    Seeking a result-oriented and analytical marketer with exceptional team collaboration skills, capable of managing multiple projects effectively under tight deadlines while maintaining a keen eye for detail.

    Your Qualifications

    • Relevant master's or bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or communication
    • Minimum of 2 years' experience in a similar role
    • Advanced Excel skills
    • Detail-oriented and focused on timely and accurate delivery
    • Strong task management and prioritization abilities
    • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
    • Fluency in English and at least one of the Nordic languages (Danish, Norwegian, Swedish, or Finnish)
