    Hvad leder vi efter?

    Vi leder i øjeblikket efter en dygtig deltids support medarbejder til vores supportafdeling hos Som supportmedarbejder vil du spille en afgørende rolle for væksten og succesen hos Din opgave vil være at guide, hjælpe og rådgive vores brede varierende brugerbase, som har behov for assistance inden for forskellige opgaver og serviceydelser.

    Hos stræber vi efter at gøre livet lettere for små virksomheder og enkeltpersoner. Vi tilbyder en online platform, der forbinder brugere der har brug for hjælp med opgaver, med handymænd og serviceudbydere der kan håndtere disse opgaver.     Hvad kommer du til at lave?

    Dine primære ansvarsområder vil omfatte:

  • Yde support og rådgivning til vores brugere i forbindelse med diverse opgaver og serviceydelser på platformen.
  • Hjælpe brugerne med at anvende 's platform og navigere gennem processen.
  • Formulere supportartikler til at besvare de mest stillede spørgsmål og henvendelser.
  • Forklare fremgangsmåden på platformen og de processer der er underliggende for platformssamarbejde.
  • Undersøge brugernes behov for eventuelle forbedringer af platformen.
  • Tage imod feedback og formulere det til konstruktive løsninger til de problemer brugerne kan støde på.

    Du:
    1. Er en god menneskekender og elsker at give kunder en fremragende supportoplevelse.
    2. Er udadvendt, tålmodig og selvstændig.
    3. Er serviceorienteret og god til samarbejde.
    4. Er udadvendt og klar til at blive en del af et socialt arbejdsmiljø.
    5. Er proaktiv i din tilgang til arbejdsopgaver og trives med at arbejde selvstændigt.
    6. Betragter og behandler hver bruger individuelt.
    7. Kan kommunikere på både dansk og engelsk, både skriftligt og verbalt.
    8. Erfaring med administrative opgaver og forbedring af kundeservice er en fordel.
    9. Kendskab til opgaveløsning og serviceplatforme er ligeledes en fordel.
